What is the difference between Base WiFi and Adaptive WiFi+?
Base WiFi includes the equipment needed for a home WiFi service and is included in every Pulse Internet plan at no extra cost.
Adaptive WiFi+ includes the equipment and software to extend, adapt, and optimize a home’s network and devices. It also includes features such as enhanced security, parental and guest controls, and in-home motion sensing. Adaptive WiFi+ adds a generous speed boost (150 Mbps – 1 Gig depending on the Internet plan), and offers access to over 50 streaming HD TiVo+ channels. Adaptive WiFi+ is $25/month.
How do parental controls work?
Within the HomePass app, you can set usage limits, filter websites, and restrict types of content. You can also freeze WiFi for your kids, for specific devices, or even for whole locations, such as your kids’ bedrooms.
