Under Construction: Sites that were not included in the originally planned service area are currently Under Construction. (The originally planned service area was everything within City of Loveland limits as they existed in 2019.)
MDU: These sites need signed Access Agreements so we can bring our network to each home or unit. More info at pulsefiber.org/AccessRequest/
Pre-Sale: Homes and businesses that are under construction, but we can still sign you up for service so you have Pulse when you move in!
In Design: These sites were not in the original service territory plan. We’re actively planning the network design for these neighborhoods.
Please note: Pulse’s main network build within City of Loveland limits is complete, however, some construction continues. We will continue to connect multi-family, mobile home, and commercial properties as Access Agreements are gained. There are also several small areas that experienced unusual circumstances causing delayed release.
Pulse will also continue to build out new areas as Loveland grows and as we expand service to regional neighbors.
