Hello Loveland Renter,
By now, you know about Loveland Pulse and you’re excited to receive service on our 100% fiber-optic, community-owned internet and voice service network.
If you live in a rental unit, or an owned-property under the umbrella of an HOA, we need your help to bring service to your home.
In order to serve you, we need permission from your building’s owner, property management agency, HOA, Condominium Association, Metro District Manager, or other organization that has the ability to sign legal documents on behalf of your address. In order to complete fiber-design work and access your residence, we need a legal document called a “right of entry agreement,” or “access agreement.”
Please use the tools below to help move this process forward.
(1) RECOMMENDED: Send this link to your property’s Legal Representative and they can quickly and simply complete the document online.
(2) We’ve created a DRAFT of a letter you can send to your property’s Legal Representative to let them know about benefits of Pulse, your interest in receiving service from us, and the necessary next-steps they must take in order for you to be able to enjoy our offerings. You can copy and paste the letter as-is, or you can include/exclude information in the letter as you see fit.
(3) Complete the Access Agreement contact form so we can attempt reach out to the person or organization who can sign the agreement.
Hello Loveland Landlord or Property Legal Representative,
By now, you know about Loveland Pulse and your tenants are excited to receive service on our 100% fiber-optic, community-owned internet and voice service network.
If you own or manage a rental unit or units, or are responsible for properties under the umbrella of an HOA, we need your help to deliver service.
We need permission from a building’s owner, property management agency, HOA, Condominium Association, Metro District Manager, or other organization that has the ability to sign legal documents on behalf of the address. In order to complete fiber-design work and access an address residence, we need a legal document called a “right of entry agreement,” or “access agreement.”
Please use button #1 below to help move this process forward.
(1) Button 1 is a Quick & Easy Link to the Access Agreement online – Please click into the document and complete one quickly and simply for each address that is requesting service from Loveland Pulse.
Please note: Completion of the Access Agreement does not constitute a service contract between the property owner or legal representative and Pulse. This document simply gives the publicly-owned utility the ability to deliver service to your tenant(s).
Please note: Completion of the form sharing the contact information for your property’s legal representative does not constitute an access agreement, or contract with Loveland Pulse.
By sharing this contact information with us, you are allowing us to attempt to contact the landlord, company, or organization that is able to sign an access agreement on behalf of your property. We are unable to start your account or move forward with your sign up request until an executed access agreement is on file for your address.
